Engagement Session
A 75-minute portrait session featuring the couple. Often used for save the dates and to practice being the subject of a formal portrait session.
Bridal Session
A 75-minute portrait session featuring a bride. Often used to test hair, makeup, and dress fit, and if wedding day coverage is booked, the same lead photographer will capture the bridal and wedding day.
Highlight Edit
Highlight edits are music videos focused on the top moments. We recommend the 3-5 minute highlight for the best balance of brevity and coverage.�
Photo Album
A custom designed, 13" x 11" layflat, thick page album including up to 100 photos of your choosing. You will be able to review the album proof and provide feedback before final ordering.
Video Add-Ons
Drone Coverage
Drone coverage reveals the broader context for the day including the venue as a whole and the surrounding area.
DVD/Blu-ray
Disc delivery is often unnecessary as you will receive all videos in full resolution download and streaming options, but you may like to share them as gifts or keep them for archival purposes.
Full Day Edit
A chronological edit including all events for which we are present in their entirety. This edit typically runs 30-90 minutes, but may run longer for multi-day events.
Social Edit
Social edits are roughly one-minute edits using licensed music for easy sharing.
Raw Video Footage
Raw video will be delivered via online download, and is untouched video straight from the camera. We typically only recommend raw video for those who are experienced video editors. Otherwise, we recommend the full day edit.

Pricing FAQs
What payment plans do you have available?
Typically our customers either pay half down, half two weeks before the wedding date. Or, we also offer equal monthly payments leading up to the wedding.
What is your refund policy?
50% of the total is considered a non-refundable deposit in order to hold your date. Any amount paid over 50% will be refundable upon cancellation prior to the wedding date.
Do you have any discounts?
We run occasional promotions. Please schedule a consultation with our studio manager to find out more .
Do you charge for travel?
For weddings within 30 miles of Austin and San Antonio, or within the five boroughs of NYC, there is no travel fee. For weddings between 30-90 miles away, a small travel fee may include nominal costs for gas, tolls, mileage, lodging, etc.
Weddings farther than 90 miles from our main metros (Austin, San Antonio, and NYC) will require a custom travel fee. Please inquire for more info.
Should I tip?
Tips are always appreciated but not required. All tips will be distributed to the team capturing the wedding day and not retained by Double Knot.
